FAQ

What is the cremation process?

Your pet is placed in a state-of-the-art cremation chamber in which a combination of high heat and direct flame is used to reduce the remains to a basic skeletal state. The remains are then placed into a processor to further reduce the remains to a fine powdery ash.

How can I be sure the cremated remains are those of my pet?

Each pet is assigned a numbered cremation tag and placed into a cremation chamber individually. We enforce a strict policy to ensure that you receive your pet's cremains only.

Are urns and other merchandise available?

Yes. We offer a wide variety of urns and other merchandise to help memorialize your pet, including many types of urns, jewelry, key chains, etc.

Why should I choose to cremate my pet?

Cremation offers many possible options to remember and continue to cherish your pet, including placing cremains in an urn or other vessel, such as a jewelry item. Cremains can be kept by you, buried or scattered in your pet's favorite place, or a combination of any of the above. In today's society people relocate for many reasons. With cremation you have another option besides burial.
